Payments

We know that some of our customers would like to pay for their heating oil online. Presently, we are evaluating systems that meet our our security requirements.

We offer a choice of payment schemes:

Direct Debit

Set up a Direct Debit with Goff Petroleum and save yourself time and money! Print off the Direct Debit Mandate and we will automatically collect your payment three days after your delivery. (Please note: this option is subject to acceptance prior to a delivery, and not all customers will be eligible.)

Debit & Credit Cards

We can take payment for your heating oil delivery over the phone by debit or credit card. If you wish to make a payment by Credit Card or Debit Card, please call our Accounts team on 01953 713555 and follow the options on the automated phone menu system.

Please remember all payments by Credit Card will attract a small surcharge based on the invoice amount. Payments made with a Debit Card will not attract a surcharge.

Payment on Delivery

You can pay your driver cash or cheque, or by arrangement leave your payment for them to collect. You will receive a receipt upon completion of your heating oil delivery.

Electronic Transfer

Please email our Accounts team to request our bank details. Please ensure you quote your account number on your email.

On account

For commercial customers, credit accounts are available, subject to acceptance. Please request an application form from our Accounts team.

By Post

You can send cheques and postal orders to us at:-
Accounts Dept, Goff Petroleum, Stanfield Road, Wymondham, Norfolk NR18 9QY.
Please make sure you write your Account Number clearly on the back of your cheque so that we know who it is from.

Budget Scheme

Details of our pre-payment monthly budget account are available for download here. Budget account customers do not pay more for their heating oil deliveries. There are no hidden costs. Paying this way is very simple and spreads the cost of your heating oil over a longer period and of course we like to retain your business.

George J. Goff Ltd. reserves the right to make a credit check and by signing an application you hereby agree that permission has been granted to make such a check. George J. Goff Ltd. shall not be obliged to accept this application, nor give any reasons for refusing the same, nor enter into any correspondence except with regard to your statutory rights. George J. Goff Ltd. will use this information to administer your account, and for marketing purposes. We are registered under the Data Protection Act. All deliveries are subject to our standard terms and conditions. We reserve the right to charge interest where account are not brought up to date following a delivery, as per our standard terms and conditions.
