Budget Payment Plan 

At Goff Petroleum we understand that there are many demands on a household budget. Whilst heating oil usage is seasonal many of our existing customers opt to spread the cost over the course of a year by building up credit on their account using our Budget Payment Plan.

By analysing your previous delivery history we can forecast your oil needs and thus plan your monthly payments accordingly. The account is designed to build up and hold credit for you to use for forthcoming oil deliveries and so you benefit from cash on delivery prices without having to pay all in one go.

Should you have insufficient credit on your account for a delivery you can still take the cash on delivery price by paying the balance due (cost of the delivery minus credit held on account) to the driver at the time of delivery. If the account is not in credit, or has insufficient credit to cover a delivery, we will request that the outstanding balance be settled at the time of ordering. Every time you reorder we review your account to ensure that your payments are sufficient to cover your oil needs. If the monthly payments are to large we will refund you, or should they be to small we would ask you to increase them. You are free to withdraw from the budget plan at any time either by settling the account, or by requesting that the credit is refunded to you.

Unlike many of our competitors we do not offer to top up your tanks. Unlike our competitors we do not wish to deliver oil to you when you do not want it, nor charge you for oil that is merely delivered at our convenience. We believe that any customer should maintain the right to buy their oil when they want.
